Outside, a stone staircase crafted by a local stone mason leads down to a large concrete patio that was installed in 2020. The yard features recently built and installed fence / gates, planting beds that include 12 new trees added to the property, sprinklers and sod. The north yard is truly a summer oasis for entertaining and relaxing. Low VOC paints were used throughout. Metal, wire and cardboard salvaged from the construction process were recycled. AND, there is a potential wine cellar in the basement. The entire upstairs is a primary suite with huge bathroom with shower, washer and dryer, claw foot tub and extra floor space for a yoga mat or a favorite pet's bed. Both tile floors are heated.
