There are approximately 900 acres of flood irrigated land, about 200 of which is hay ground. Nine senior water rights convey with the ranch, all of which are exclusive rights off Mussigbrod Reservoir. The Lazy K Ranch includes a 14,000-acre USFS lease in Saginaw Meadows out of Jackson. The ranch features a charming dry cabin with barn wood finishes on the interior, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of ranching or outdoor activities.
